GEORGE HARRISON “All Things Must Pass” 1970/APPLE
GEORGE HARRISON is the most underrated “Beatle” in my opinion. While Lennon & McCartney are known for writing the majority of their extensive catalog, Harrison wrote many songs that ended up being big hits for the band. “All Things Must Pass” was released at about the same time the Beatles were calling it quits. Some of the songs for the record date back to the Beatles’ “Get Back” sessions. It was also the 1st triple album by a solo artist. This is one of those records that I love listening to all the way through and it’s also one of my favorite solo records from John, Paul, George, or Ringo. Check it out.
Favorite tracks: My Sweet Lord, Isn’t It A Pity, Hear Me Lord, Let It Down, All Things Must Pass.
